Passports for the clients you already represent

From 18 February 2027, every EV, LMT and industrial battery above 2 kWh placed on the EU market needs a digital product passport. If you act for producers who place batteries here, that obligation is already yours to discharge.

THE POSITION YOU ARE IN

When a non-EU manufacturer places a battery on the EU market, the passport duty does not sit with the factory. It sits with the economic operator placing it: the importer, the rebranding distributor, the EU subsidiary, or the authorised representative appointed to act for them.

For firms carrying a mandate across dozens or hundreds of producers, that is not a per-client compliance task. It is a book-wide operational problem arriving on a fixed date.

BUILT FOR A BOOK, NOT A COMPANY

The platform issues and hosts passports across many client companies under one partner account.

Separate client workspaces

Each client's passports, products and data held apart from every other client's.

Delegated access

Invite a client's own staff into their workspace alone; they see nothing else.

Enforced separation

Isolation is applied at the database level, not by interface convention.

Per-client reporting

Passport counts, status and activity broken down by client.

Your brand on the passport

The public passport a customer or customs officer scans carries your identity, not ours.

The issuing organisation shown on the passport remains the client’s legal entity, because that field identifies the economic operator under the regulation. Branding is yours; the legal record stays accurate.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
01

Refer

You introduce the client, they contract with us directly, you take a commission. No delivery obligation, no support burden, no change to how you operate.

02

Carry

Passports are issued under your brand, you own the client relationship and the invoice, and we are the infrastructure underneath. Suited to firms already selling compliance as a managed service.

Commercial terms are agreed per partner and depend on the size of your book and which model you choose.

WHERE THINGS STAND

The EU DPP Registry became operational on 20 July 2026, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1778 governs how it works, and the horizontal standards now carry presumption of conformity. The obligation date has not moved: 18 February 2027.
