Build, control and file battery passports for the EU market.
For importers, authorised representatives and manufacturers placing batteries on the EU market: build Annex XIII-complete passports in a guided wizard, control exactly who sees what, deliver the data to your systems, and file to the EU registry — with evidence held for the full retention period.

One regulated path from your systems to the registry.
The economic operator placing a product on the EU market carries the legal responsibility. We process passport data on your authorised instruction — and keep the evidence that proves it was done right.
Connect your data
Pull passport data from MES, ERP, PLM or QMS over SFTP, REST or webhook — or have suppliers submit through a managed portal.
Check against Annex XIII
Every field is validated against the current delegated-act schema, and a per-passport readiness check names exactly what is still missing before anything is filed.
File to EU DPP Registry, keep evidence
We submit on your authorised instruction and log every attempt to an immutable, time-stamped audit record. The EU registry became operational on 20 July 2026; once we have completed onboarding and verified conformance with the published specification, every active passport is resubmitted so each carries a real registry reference.
Ready for the registry — and for the day it goes live.
The EU DPP Registry became operational on 20 July 2026; we run in mock mode until our onboarding completes. The platform is built for the switch: it names what each passport still needs, keeps an auditable record of every filing, and resubmits every active passport once we have verified conformance with the published specification.
What's still missing, named
Each passport is checked against the registration requirements — Operator ID, an active public passport, a resolvable GS1 Digital Link and the mandatory Annex XIII fields — and every gap is spelled out in plain language, so you fix it before you file.
An auditable submission log
Every submission attempt is recorded: the schema version, a content hash of the payload, the registry's response and the outcome. When an authority asks what you filed and when, the answer is one export away.
Automatic resubmission at go-live
While we run in mock mode, filings carry a placeholder reference. Once we have completed onboarding and verified conformance with the published specification, every active passport is resubmitted to carry a real one — oldest first, once each, never double-filed.
Not a portal. A working compliance platform.
The registry filing is the last step. Before it comes the work — building the passport, controlling access, moving the data — and that is what the platform is for.
A guided wizard for the full Annex XIII field set
Over 100 fields per battery category — identity, materials, carbon footprint, circularity — with the mandatory set enforced per category (EV, Industrial, LMT) and passports at Model, Batch or Item level.
Four access tiers, built in
Public QR scan, authority access, 48-hour legitimate-interest tokens for recyclers and second-life operators — declared, logged and auditable — and your own full dashboard. Confidential fields stay confidential.
Data in, data out — on your terms
Import CSV, JSON, JSON-LD or XML with row-level validation diagnostics. Deliver to your systems by SFTP, FTP or signed webhook in seven formats, or work directly against the REST API.
Evidence on demand
Every passport carries its audit trail: daily encrypted backups, 10-year retention, exportable access logs and a per-activation billing reference. When an authority asks, the answer is one export away.
Every passport, every submission, every piece of evidence — in one place.
Track each product’s passport from draft to filed, see exactly which activations are billable, and pull audit evidence on demand when a market-surveillance authority asks.
- Live submission state for every passport — draft, validated, filed, or returned with the failing clause.
- Metered activation you can reconcile — each billable event maps to a registry submission.
- One-click audit evidence — time-stamped proof of what was filed, when, and on whose instruction.

What a customs officer, recycler, or buyer sees on scan.
Every filed passport resolves to a clean, official record built straight from the Annex XIII data — readable on any device, no app, no account. This is the regulation-facing surface, and it’s designed to look like the credential it is.
- Resolvable identifier — GS1 Digital Link from the product's data carrier.
- Registry-verified — the page shows the live EU DPP Registry registration state, not a marketing claim.
Modular by goods type — one module per regulation.
Battery is operational today. Every other module tracks its ESPR delegated act and switches to live on adoption, so you onboard before the deadline, not after it.

Audit-grade by construction.
This is regulated infrastructure. Residency, immutability, and access are not features bolted on — they are how the system is built.
EU / UK residency
Passport data and evidence are stored and processed in EU and UK regions only. No transfer outside without instruction.
trust / residencyImmutable evidence
Every submission writes a time-stamped, append-only record — what was filed, when, and on whose authorised instruction.
trust / audit-logFull-period retention
Records are held for the retention period the regulation mandates — available for surveillance authorities on request.
trust / retentionScoped access
Role-scoped operator accounts, supplier-portal isolation, and a procurement pack for your security review.
trust / procurementBe ready before the deadline, not after it.
Access is granted per organisation to economic operators under the EU Battery Regulation or other ESPR delegated acts. A relationship manager replies within one business day.
