What you actually do in the platform.
For importers, authorised representatives and manufacturers: this is the working surface behind the filing — the wizard that builds the passport, the controls that decide who sees what, the channels that move the data, and the evidence that proves it all.
A guided wizard for the full Annex XIII field set
Every passport is built in a seven-section wizard covering the complete Annex XIII data model — over 100 fields spanning identity, labels, performance, materials, carbon and circularity. The mandatory set is enforced per battery category (EV, Industrial, LMT), so a passport cannot be activated with a required field missing. Passports are created at Model, Batch or Item level.
One console, the whole lifecycle
Every passport moves through a defined lifecycle — Draft, Active, Submitted, Validating, Registered — with Rejected, Cancelled and Revoked handled explicitly. The console shows where each passport stands, what the registry said, and what needs attention. Batch submission and rejection-reason handling are built in.
| Passport | Product | Status |
|---|---|---|
| PP-2026-9SC8GW | Glenmar IND-77 | Registered |
| PP-2026-4KT2NA | Glenmar IND-40 | Validating |
| PP-2026-7QX9LB | Glenmar EV-115 | Submitted |
| PP-2026-2MW5RC | Glenmar LMT-09 | Draft |
| PP-2026-6VD3HF | Glenmar EV-88 | Rejected — OPERATOR_ID_MISSING |
The passport travels — on the label and into your systems
Activation generates a GS1 Digital Link QR code for the battery label, resolving to the public viewer. In parallel, delivery destinations push the data to your systems — SFTP, FTP or HMAC-signed webhook, in seven formats — and the REST API gives your own tooling full programmatic access.
Scans to the public passport viewer — the same page a customs officer sees.
Industrial and BESS operators can stream state-of-health readings machine-to-machine over the API — the dynamic data is shown only to legitimate-interest access, never on the public page.
Evidence on demand
Every passport carries its audit trail. Daily encrypted backups with 10-year retention run without you touching anything. Every legitimate-interest access is declared, logged and exportable. When an authority or auditor asks, the answer is one export away.
Missing data? Ask the supplier who holds it.
Cell chemistry, per-stage carbon figures, recycled-content shares, hazardous substances, due-diligence attestations — the data a passport needs often sits with an upstream supplier. Instead of chasing it over email and spreadsheets, request it in a tracked loop.
Pick the fields you're missing
Choose exactly which passport fields you need — by preset (carbon footprint, recycled content, cell chemistry, hazardous substances, due diligence), one field at a time, or from a field set you've saved to reuse across suppliers.
Send to one supplier or a whole list
Send to a single supplier, or to a whole list in one action — each request in the supplier's own language. Every supplier gets a single-use link with no account and no login, and where a request covers several batteries they fill one clearly labelled section per battery, with a copy-to-all shortcut and a pre-filled spreadsheet they can complete offline. Throughout, they get the same guidance your own team sees in the wizard, including the four-stage carbon-footprint assist.
Review, then apply
Their answers return to your console side-by-side with the current values — battery by battery when a request spans several. You tick the ones you accept and apply them to each passport, with a full audit trail. Nothing is written without your say-so.
Authorised representatives: the supplier page and the request email carry your firm's branding, not ours — the supplier sees your name throughout.
