Subscription pricing.
Per organisation, per module, with metered per-passport activation. EUR and GBP; all other currencies on request. Pricing published — subscription granted on request to economic operators subject to the EU Battery Regulation or other ESPR delegated acts.
Two components.
- 1.Platform fee. Flat annual fee per organisation, per module. Covers ingestion infrastructure (SFTP, REST, webhook, browser upload, supplier portal), validation engine, EU EES submission pipeline, reconciliation, audit-evidence hosting for the retention period mandated by the regulation, and the regulatory-intelligence subscription for the operator’s selected modules. Backup hosting is bundled.
- 2.Per-passport activation. Metered. Each passport activation event records a Stripe usage record; activations within a calendar month are invoiced together at month-end. Activation is the regulated event: draft / created / edited passports are not billed.

- Billing cycle
- Platform fee invoiced annually in advance. Metered activations invoiced monthly, in arrears.
- Payment methods
- Card, Bacs Direct Debit (GBP), SEPA Direct Debit (EUR).
- Currency
- Invoiced in the operator’s registered-jurisdiction currency. Operators registered outside the EU and UK may request a quotation in the local currency.
- Refunds
- Pro-rata refund of the platform fee on cancellation, calculated monthly. No refund of activation fees — activation is a regulated event and the obligation is discharged at activation time.
- Demo accounts
- Available on request from June 2026 for evaluating the platform against the operator’s operational scenario. Demo accounts do not submit to the EU EES production endpoint and watermark their generated QR codes.
- Authoritative
- The platform’s order form and master services agreement, as countersigned by the operator, are authoritative. This page is an institutional rate reference.
Modules under preparation (textiles, electronics, furniture, steel, aluminium, tyres) will be priced at module-launch on adoption of the relevant ESPR delegated act. The platform-fee shape is expected to remain consistent across modules; per-activation pricing may differ by module on the basis of processing complexity.
Recycler Access Tier. Annex XIII Tier 3 access for end-of-life operators — recyclers, second-life processors, recycling-yard operators. € 500 – € 2,000 · £ 500 – £ 2,000 per facility per year. Available on request once the recycler-side onboarding flow is open.
EU Digital Passport Processor Live. Telemetry-active state-of-health monitoring, pending the EU Battery Regulation BMS implementing act. € 2 / £ 2 per passport per year. Available 2027+, pending the implementing act adoption.
Multi-module discount structure to be announced once a second module enters BETA state.
