1. Agreement
By using EU Digital Passport Processor™, you agree to these terms. EU Digital Passport Processor™ is operated by Dynamic Systems Consulting Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as EU Digital Passport Processor™.
2. The service
EU Digital Passport Processor™ provides software tools to create, host, and manage Digital Product Passports as required by EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 and ESPR Regulation 2024/1781. We are a software provider — regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of the operator.
3. Important limitation
EU Digital Passport Processor™ provides tools to help you create Digital Product Passports. We do not guarantee that use of EU Digital Passport Processor™ automatically ensures regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of passport data, obtaining required certifications and test reports, meeting all applicable regulatory deadlines, and submitting to the EU DPP registry as required.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Demo accounts are available on request and expire after 3 days. A subscription is required to continue using the platform after the demo period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Your data
You own the data you submit to EU Digital Passport Processor™. We process it to provide the service. On account closure, we will export your passport data on request within 30 days.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for regulatory fines, customs delays, or business losses arising from the use or non-use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
