§01.03 · GETTING STARTED

Demo Account — What It Includes and How to Upgrade.

What the demo account can and cannot do, the 3-day window, and how to request a paid plan.

What a demo account includes

A demo account gives you full access to EU Digital Passport Processor for 3 days, pre-loaded with example passports so you can see how a configured account looks.

During your demo you can:

  • Create and activate passports (up to 10)
  • Download GS1 Digital Link QR codes
  • Run mock EU registry submissions
  • Use the import wizard with CSV uploads
  • Explore all dashboard features

Demo limitations

  • 10 passport limit — demo accounts cannot create more than 10 passports
  • No SFTP or webhook delivery — data delivery destinations are not active
  • No batch registry submission — available on paid subscriptions only
  • No team invites — invite team members after upgrading
  • QR codes show a DEMO watermark

How to upgrade

Click Go Live in the demo banner at the top of your dashboard, or go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade.

Your passport data, QR tokens, and public URLs are preserved when you upgrade — nothing is deleted or changed. Passports created in demo mode remain active.

To request a paid plan from a demo account, go to eudigitalpassportprocessor.com/demo/request.
