Understanding Your Dashboard.

What each section of the EU Digital Passport Processor dashboard shows and how to navigate the platform.

The dashboard is your home screen in EU Digital Passport Processor. It shows your passport count, compliance status, EU registry stats, and the countdown to the next regulatory deadline.

Dashboard components

Stat cards — The top row shows four numbers at a glance:

  • Total passports — how many passports exist in your account across all statuses (Draft, Active, Revoked).
  • Active passports — passports that have been activated and have a live GS1 Digital Link QR code.
  • Registry submissions — how many passports have been submitted to the EU DPP Registry (mock or live).
  • Registered — passports that have been accepted by the registry and are fully compliant.

Deadline countdown — The sidebar shows the number of days until the next regulatory deadline. For most users, this is 18 February 2027 (the battery passport mandate). The countdown updates daily.

Recent activity — A feed showing your latest passport actions: creations, activations, submissions, and status changes.

Compliance overview — A summary of your passport compliance strength across all active passports. This shows how many are at BASIC, GOOD, STRONG, or VERIFIED level.

Mock mode note on registry statUntil July 2026, the "Registered" stat card counts mock submissions. These are visually labelled as mock. When the registry goes live, mock submissions will be migrated to the live registry and the count will update accordingly.

The left sidebar provides access to all areas of EU Digital Passport Processor:

  • Dashboard — the home screen described above.
  • Passports — your passport list, where you create, view, and manage all passports.
  • Import — bulk import passports from a CSV file.
  • Team — invite and manage team members (paid subscription required).
  • Settings — account settings, including your EU Operator ID and billing.
