EU Digital Passport Processor lets you export your passport data in multiple formats for use in ERP systems, audit documentation, supply chain partners, or your own records.
Export formats

How to export
Single passport: On the passport detail page, click the Export button (top right) and select the format.
Multiple passports: On the Passports list, select passports using the checkboxes, then click Export Selected and choose the format. All selected passports are bundled into a single file.
All passports: On the Passports list, click Export All.
What is included in the export
Exports include all Annex XIII data fields, passport metadata (status, creation date, passport number, GTIN), and supply chain actor information. Internal EU Digital Passport Processor data (team member activity, edit history) is not included in exports.
